I've been here 3 times already, and honestly, the special entrecôte is heavenly. One of the best meats I've tried — highly recommend it. The regular entrecôte is cheaper and still good, but for the small price difference, go for the special one. Totally worth it.
The mocktails were also surprisingly exceptional. Usually mocktails end up tasting like random mixed juices, but not here — these actually have personality and a lot of flavor.
I tried the steak au poivre once and… meh. The sauce was very good, but the meat portion felt small and overall it wasn't a "wow" dish (as I expected)
Starters are nice enough, nothing life-changing, but good. Desserts are good overall too, except for the profiterole, which deserves its own paragraph because WOW. The mix of choux and sugar almond paste is heavenly. Honestly, I could stop by just for this dessert.
Service has been a mixed experience. One time it was okay but very slow and not super efficient. Another was pleasant. But yesterday was the complete opposite of the others with an incredibly kind waiter (maybe manager, it gave us that vibe). I was exhausted and incapable of choosing anything, so he suggested a dish for me… and he absolutely nailed it. We also chatted a bit between courses, and he was genuinely warm and welcoming 😊
The atmosphere is rustic and pleasant, a really nice place to enjoy dinner without having to sell your organs afterward.
